Job Description

Our design and programming teams have implemented a robust and elegant solution for Talent Selection. Now to ensure there is support in place for unforeseen issues that might occur in the future, we are looking for a Technical Support Associate to handle support request. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic environment, where there is a lot of potential to learn and grow.


Specifically, you will be responsible for walking customers through the process of achieving their goal with the software, whether the problem relates to a user error, a bug or something else entirely. The Technical Support Agent will also be responsible for communicating with our design and programming staff about suspected software problems and management regarding requirements to be added to the roadmap. Familiarity with the following technologies is highly beneficial: 

> PHP with Laravel 5.3 framework

> Java script, jquery, html + css
