Job Description
We have a position for a skilled technical writer to join our team and take ownership over the documentation side of the business.Responsibility
The right person will work closely with our development and support team and be responsible for all the training material for new product and feature releases. This person will also be in charge of going through existing documentation and filling in any gaps that may have been missed up to this point.Qualifications
- Fluent English written communication with excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar
- Ability to simplify sometimes complex instructions so that semi-literate computer users are able to understand and follow along
- Ability to capture relevant screenshots and include them, where necessary, in your articles
- Organisation and planning such that documentation can be completed in time for new feature and product releases
- The ability to learn new pieces of software and functionality quickly without the need for a lot of hand-holding and instruction
