JOB DESCRIPTION:
▶ Work directly with CEO to create the strategic vision of the marketing campaigns.
▶ Prepare project timelines and manage projects to achieve outcome goals.
▶ Collaborate with writers and designers to produce content for multiple companies - both B2B and B2C businesses.
▶ Present weekly marketing tracking reports, discoveries and recommendations.
▶ Ensure marketing projects are delivered as scheduled and within budget to best possible quality standards.
▶ Strategically delegate tasks to appropriate team members.
▶ Hire and manage freelancers as needed.
▶ Execute and optimize office work flow.
CORE AREAS OF COMPETENCIES MUST INCLUDE:
▶ Strong Writing Skills
▶ excellent persuasive letter writing skills
▶ writing for social media
▶ Proofreading and editing
▶ Project Management - Organization skills
▶ Adept at using Google drive, Microsoft office
▶ Experience using social media platforms
▶ Experience with email marketing and Active Campaign
▶ Previous sales and/or Marketing experience preferred
