It was a lightbulb moment. My friend and I were talking about her success on eHarmony. Ever since that day, I have been obsessed with ending the global crisis in workplace engagement (only 15% engagement globally). And the # 1 reason people are disengaged is a lack of satisfaction in their relationship with their boss. You know what that crisis means.
